It leaves with you. Your member list and community data are yours, and you can export them at any time. Deletion requests are honored as described in the Privacy Policy.
You see the membership information members share with your community, plus their verification status. Nobody sees verification documents, because they are deleted after processing. Member data is never sold and there are no ads.
It's one of the terms on which AltHost exists. Every member of every community verifies before participating, with no checkbox standing in for proof. It protects your members, your venue, and your license to operate.
No. The flat 3.5% plus card processing applies only to member payments your community takes through AltHost (tickets, recurring memberships, and tips), and only when member payments launch. Your platform subscription carries no percentage.
Yes, at no charge, and we handle every DNS record. Prefer a new one? Register it during signup for the real registrar price plus a flat $5, one time.
Your annual plan begins automatically on the card you added. You can switch to monthly billing or cancel any time before the trial ends, and nothing besides the trial confirmation is charged up front.
Every customer configuration requires age verification for every member. Taxes and card processing fees are additional. Signing up does not start billing: your trial begins only after you confirm by email and add a card.
