Marketing-site privacy
This notice describes the current static marketing site. Customer-account and hosting-service terms will be published separately before public signup.
Effective July 12, 2026
This first release is a static informational website. It does not provide user accounts, set marketing cookies, or run behavioral advertising analytics.
Our hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user-agent information, and security events.
If you email altHost, we receive the address you use and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond, evaluate private-beta interest, understand product needs, and address safety or operational concerns.
We do not sell information submitted through this marketing site. Information may be processed by infrastructure and communication providers that help operate the site and email service, or disclosed when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, or protection of rights and safety.
Operational logs are retained only as needed for reliability and security. Email correspondence is retained while it remains useful for the conversation, beta planning, security, or legal obligations.
You may ask about or request deletion of information you sent by emailing privacy@althost.network. Some limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, or documenting a request.
This notice will change as the site and service add accounts, forms, analytics, or other capabilities. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
